Dearest Weirds,
I hope you are all safe and having an awesome week and summer. This last month of the summer is going to get crazy within the Weird Brain world. Sven The Groundhog #3 pdf should be going out to everyone sometime within the next week, or two at most, then off to the printers. Art prints will be coming in about 2 weeks as well, followed by the collectible cards. It’s been crazy, as it always is making comics, and it’s not slowing down anytime soon. I love making these books. Haha these books also love slowly eating my soul, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
If you look below you will see the crazy schedule coming up. We have the Hotflips comic con this Sunday, followed by Boston next weekend and then Chicago the following weekend. After that I will try to squeeze in some digging of holes and playing in the ocean while keeping all the work flowing for the week after Chicado. I’ll also probably try and slip a few store visits in during August and September too before we head to NYCC in October. Just giving everyone a heads up as I’m sure this next month or so will be a blur on my end.
I will also look to be expanding the Weird Brain series we have from 4 to 5(seen in the tease below)(and hopefully more as we move into 2027!). I don’t have a definite date on this yet as funds and time are limited but I will figure it out soon.
Until then, please help with keeping this Indie comic company, that branches out of my weird brain like the sprouts of a potato, alive—and don’t forget to back the current issue of Frosted Up!
